UPDATE - we are moving to serve you better!

As of April 7, 2026 we have been moving into our new location at 895 Dillingham Road, Pickering, Units 1 & 2. We are moving into a 6000 sq ft building (we were in 1600 sq ft!).

We will be back in production April 20. The new location will help us speed up production and allow us to expand our workforce.

The main upgrades on this model when compared to the one above are:
- low bench is 20" instead of 13.5", making it comfortable for sitting or laying down
- heater is upgraded to the FLOOR model which has a large rock tray and extra air chambers to efficiently heat up the sauna and the rocks at the same time
- depth is increased to fit the floor heater (minimum 60" needed). With a sauna depth of 60" or more, we are also able to move the door to the side (extra cost). We can then also add a window to the front (extra cost). This design is 64" which gives enough depth for both benches to be 20" and the floor model heater.

We named it "The Walter" after a wonderful customer who was the first person to ask for this design — and the name just stuck.

A larger size sauna allows for these possibilities:
  • Straight bench or L shape
  • Increase the interior height to allow for three tier benches

Examples: 92 x 76 interior with 4" extra height

Large sauna with a 9kW heater. The electrical setup needs an extra part called a contactor once the sauna heater is larger than a 6kW.

We are a small shop so we do not have permanent demo units available for viewing. What we do have are saunas that we are building for customers that can be viewed. Once we complete them, unfortunately they do not sit in our shop for very long. So reach out to us to find out if we have a build that you can come and see.
Belleville / Kingston customers: We have a permanent 2-3 person demo outside at Chisholm Lumber in Roslin. If you would like to go and see that, please go during the lumberyards business hours as there is a lock on the door so that they can unlock it for you.

We are now offering shipping across Canada with self assembly! We will be making a detailed installation video and manual that will be ready for you before your shipment arrives (right now we have delivery dates 4 months in advance).

USA Customers

We expect our self-assembly installation videos to be ready by mid-March 2026. Once launched, we will begin shipping to the United States. Please check our site regularly for updates.
As of March 2026, our products are tariff-free. Should this change, any new tariffs will be added to your final cost. However, we handle all prepayments of fees and tariffs prior to shipping to ensure a seamless doorstep delivery with no effort required on your part.
Estimated costs for U.S. customers include approximately $600 USD for customs documentation plus shipping. Shipping rates currently fluctuate between $1,800 and $2,600 CAD, similar to our Canadian delivery rates.

  • for local deliveries, the assembly is always included in the price. The only extra charge will be for the distance we have to travel.

 

All of our designs can be modified to the inch! 
If you have a specific space you are working with, just let us know and we can come up with a design for you.
The sizes and prices below are the models that we have set drawings and cut lists for. If you want us to modify the design, we can definitely do that for an extra cost as we are a custom shop.
Our standard interior height (when standing on the wooden removable floorboard to the ceiling is 74.5".
Our standard door is 72" x 21".

 

Here are some things that we can customize:
- add height - up to 6" (this is ideal for deeper saunas where there is enough room to add a third 'step up' bench, or we can include a small custom step stool
- add a third bench
- add an L bench (this is only advisable on the larger saunas with a length of 87" or more
- add a window or two
- move door to the side (sauna depth needs to be 60" minimum
- increase the depth but keep the length to allow room for the floor model heater
- increase the depth to allow for wider benches
- source different heaters and build the sauna to the heater specs (sauna size and distance to combustible material)
- possibly even more! Just ask and let's see what we can come up with together.

We’ve designed these layouts to hit the "sweet spot" between comfort, efficiency and cost. When picking yours, our best advice is: don't overbuy on size.  Think about how many people will actually be inside during 90% of your sessions. It’s tempting to go big for the occasional party, but keep in mind that groups rarely stay in the heat all at once—people naturally cycle in and out at different times. Building for your "regulars" saves you money and heating time!


Premium  Interior Wood Options:

Upgrade to premium 95% clear 1x6 tongue and groove Aspen for the interior. This is an upgrade from the shiplap Aspen and the costs per sauna size are:

What’s included in the prices above?

Delivery and set up of the sauna structure on a pre-existing level base


Heater and rocks (uninstalled)


Control unit - temperature and thermostat (uninstalled). Controls will be digital or mechanical depending on what size of sauna you order and what size of heater is needed.


We do not provide any electrical components (wiring, housing, panels...) in the pricing above.


We do not make any electrical connections in the prices listed above.


If you would like us to include electrical components and connections, please read our section on Heating and Electrical for the options available and pricing.


Options that are included in the price:

  • Colour choice for the aluminum trim and colour choice for the LP Smartside exterior wood
  • Full glass door design (other door style are available at an extra cost)
  • Type of glass: grey tint, bronze tint or clear
  • Heater and electrical on the right or the left
  • Floor to drain to the right or the left
  • Door hinge on the right or the left

Optional Extras

  • Chamclad premium 100% Canadian exterior cladding - available in many beautiful profiles and colours. Click here for their website: Chamclad cladding
  • Protect the interior of your sauna by purchasing a natural, no chemical, wood sealer.
  • Purchase a bottle of Conpert Natural Wood Finish for $85. This cannot be shipped between Nov 1 and Apr 1 as the product might freeze and ruin it. If we are delivering the sauna locally, we can bring it with us.
  • Protect your sauna with our pre-delivery wood sealing service. See above for pricing for each sauna size. We will apply two coats of sealer to all high-traffic areas and three coats to the floor, railing, and lower bench for enhanced durability.
  • Add in a triple wood hook for $55 each. This is great for hanging your towels or sauna toque.
  • Add in a backrest / pillow (plus wall support to hang it on) for $115 each.
  • Add an extra removable floor board (great for using the whole floor area for yoga / stretching when the benches are lifted up and out of the way) from $250.

 

Free delivery and setup includes:

  • Free delivery is within a 60km radius of Markham Rd and Hwy 401. We are more than happy to travel and deliver outside of the Greater Toronto Area. The cost for us to deliver is $1.65 per km each way (but remember that 60 km x 2 is free when you do your calculations).
  • Unloading the sauna and assembling it up to 50 feet from your driveway or roadside (wherever we can park our trailer).
  • Sauna location to be on the same ground level (we might charge extra for sloped yards)
  • Pathway from unloading area (usually the driveway) to the sauna location to be free of obstacles under 7 feet high. If we need to remove gates / fences or trim trees…then we might charge for this.

If these conditions are not met, we might need to add some charges to the bill for the extra time and labour needed. We will keep this to a minimum and this can be discussed and agreed upon before the purchase.

We do not have room in our shop to keep a permanent demo unit there but we usually have 2-3 sauna builds going on at the same time so there is a good chance we have a fully built unit for you to come and check out.
