We are unloading a wall that we lifted up onto a garage balcony! The customer had some friends to help us.

When we started, he had to store wood in Mark's dad's garage before we moved into an industrial unit.

This is Mark's siding and eaves work trailer that he also used to transport saunas while he was still doing siding work in 2024 and building the saunas in his garage in the evenings and weekends. Mark quit siding in Dec 2024 to build saunas full time. This trailer is now set up to just move saunas.

Sauna build #3. Mark and Joonas were building the base in their garage.

These were the early days while Mark was building one sauna at a time in his garage and buying only what he needed from Home Depot for each sauna. Now we buy large amounts of lumber that is delivered to our shop.

This customer choose the Electrical Option #1 package where we install the sauna controls, light and sub panel onto the sauna before we deliver it. We also have it inspected by eSafe so that it is certified.

2 person sauna install in Pickering. Bronze tint was used on the glass.

4 person sauna black on black in north Ottawa. We installed the certified electrical package to make it super easy for their electrician to make the final connection to their cottage.

Customer had us paint the LP Smartside to match his cottage which is Behr Monterey Cliffs. Customer had us install the certified electrical package to make it super easy for his electrician to finish the install in Huntsville.

We installed frosted glass on the sauna to match the pool house door.

This was a large sauna with a lower side bench. This picture shows how the benches can be lifted for drying and for cleaning. You will definitely want to be able to clean under the benches regularly or it will start to smell of sweat.

We are preparing the base for a customer before we install the sauna. We use to offer this service but we have paused this as we are too busy building the saunas.

We deliver the sauna in our extra tall trailer. It comes in 7 pain pieces.

Our first home show - Spring 2025 Aurora.

3 person demo we build that is at Chisholm Lumber in the Belleville area. It has the Chamclad Modern Walnut 6" classic profile on the front and LP Smartside painted black on the sides and rear.

Our benches are free floating meaning you can just simply lift them up to dry or out of the way to make more space in the sauna for stretching...

Example of stickers for the certification.

This is a standard certified electrical package showing the mandatory stickers that have to be visible. There is a sub panel that has the breakers for the heater and light. The control box has the timer, temperature control as well as a light dimmer switch.

We have one layer of insulation in between the framing, plus one layer on the outside, plus we still add the aluminum foil vapour barrier on the inside, even though our rigid insulation has aluminum foil on it.

4 person sauna. Exterior is Chamclad 6" and double 3" pattern, installed vertically in Pebble Brook matte finish.

Here we turned the LP Smartside horizontally to match the wood siding on the pool house. We also matched the black paint on the pool house and the frosted glass door.

Large sauna with a 9kW heater. The electrical setup needs an extra part called a contactor once the sauna heater is larger than a 6kW.

Mark is sitting in this larger sauna to show the size which has an interior of 93 x 76 with extra height and a Fenno 9kW heater. This was on Lake Simcoe. You will notice the certified electrical package for this 9 kW heater required a third box on the outside that housed the contactor (needed for any heater over 6 kW)

Custom sized sauna to make sure it fit into their space beside the interlocking and pool. It has Chamclad Charred Black cladding in the 6" classic profile. Black trim and grey tint glass.

The ceiling and roof are both strong enough to stand on.

We just finished levelling the base using heavy duty rubber shims in the corners. It was just before Christmas 2024.

We are the only sauna manufacturers that have a double vent (as part of the 5 vents) which is made front one solid piece of Aspen.

This sauna had the certified electrical package installed on it before we delivered it. This was on the north face of a lake about two hours north of Toronto.
