PROPERTY PLANNING GUIDE
Where will yours go?
A planning guide for your spot, base, delivery, and electrical.
The guide walks you through the three things that quietly kill an outdoor sauna project: bad siting, wrong pad type, and an electrical run that no one priced into the budget.
You'll get a checklist for each, the numbers to hand your contractor and your electrician, and photos of real builds on real properties.
- —A siting checklist: privacy, cooling-off space, winter access, setbacks
- —Five ways to build the base, with the depths, layers, and weight it carries
- —The electrical clearances that decide where it can legally sit
- —Delivery, assembly, and the three ways to handle the wiring
WHY WE BUILD
Real sauna culture, not a luxury market.
Mark has logged over 3,000 sauna sessions. Finnish-Canadian, raised in Toronto by Finnish immigrants, fluent in the language and the löyly. He started Ryt Saunas because the real Finnish sauna, steam thrown on real rocks in a properly insulated room, wasn't being built for North American backyards at a price most people could reach. That's the gap we're here to close.
