Our main build is fully modular:
Modular / Custom design:
We also offer the option to construct and design a modular sauna with customization tailored to your preferences. Our standard sauna is entirely modular, wherein we fabricate all panels beforehand and then assemble them on-site. However, if necessary, we can further customize the sauna by conducting additional installation work on-site. While we aim to pre-build as much of the sauna as possible, we're flexible in adding customization at your location.
Abundant insulation:
Designed for use in all the Canadian seasons, even the winter (tested in the cold winters of Ontario at -24 celsius)
True R20 insulated walls, R24 ceiling and the option for a well insulated door
Designed to eliminate thermal bridging (loss of insulating value) which most saunas would suffer from
Full aluminum foil vapour barrier that is sealed with high heat aluminum tape
Plenty of Ventilation:
Shower add on:
We are a small business that handcrafts each sauna unit with exceptional attention to detail. I, Mark, am personally involved in every sauna build, ensuring our quality control remains high. Unlike mass production facilities or sawmills that churn out units, we take the time to ensure each sauna is built to last a lifetime. Up until Dec 1, 2024, we were constructing each sauna in my garage and assembling it completely before taking it apart for delivery.
As of December 1, 2024 we are now in an industrial unit at 160 Finchdene Sqaure, Scarborough. Unit 11. We found a perfect unit that was fully set up for wood working and assembling our saunas!
Our primary building process consists of constructing the sauna 100% in our shop. We then take it apart, put it into a trailer and bring it to you!
Once on-site at your location, we reassemble the sauna in about two hours, ensuring a seamless and sturdy installation.
Built locally in Toronto, Ontario. Each sauna is hand built for a top quality product.
Inside and outside, even underneath with aluminum! No competitor has anything even close to how good our bases are.
Full waterproof and draining floor. Use as much water as you want! Bath in the sauna, hose it down to wash it... It is fully waterproof unlike most (if not all) competitors.
It drains to the side so you don’t have to worry about water and ice buildup underneath like a common centre floor drain
We use local Ontario Aspen ¾” thick wood for the interior. It is a beautiful light coloured wood with a pleasant aroma. It is a superior choice for the sauna interior for these reasons:
We also offer the flexibility to install various wood types and styles according to your preferences and budget. Contact us to discuss it more.
Here is a list of other woods that we can source and install which would cost extra:
Bench height is essential for an authentic Finnish sauna experience, where ideally, your feet should be level with or above the rocks. While this setup is easy to achieve in larger saunas with a three-tier bench design, it’s more challenging in smaller saunas. Often, images of compact saunas reveal a lower foot bench 8-15 inches below the rocks—a compromise we find unacceptable. That’s why we’ve thoughtfully and carefully crafted our saunas to keep your feet as elevated as possible while maintaining easy access to the first bench. Thanks to our high-quality insulation, your feet rest just below the rocks but stay comfortably warm, even in the depths of winter.
Our saunas feature a removable floorboard that elevates your sauna experience. Designed to match your sauna's interior, this floorboard offers several advantages:
Upgrade the exterior to Chamclad 100% Canadian recycled PVC cladding. Chamclad has many profiles and colours to choose from to help you find the exact look you are going for!

Here is a list of some custom options along with our estimated additional costs. As you’ll notice on our website, we aim to provide as much information as possible to help you make an informed decision about your sauna and your budget.
We use Canadian made heaters!
For our large 4 person sauna, we use a 6000 watt CSA approved heater that is locally manufactured in Markham, Ontario by Fenno Manufacturing since 1944.
We also use a Fenno 9000 watt heater for builds that are 42 sq ft and larger.
For smaller builds, we will use 3000-5000 watt CSA approved heaters from SaunaCore which are locally manufactured in Bolton, Ontario.
And for builds that need a 7000 or 8000 watt we will use a SaunaCore heater.
We can source other brand heaters if you want. We prefer to buy local for a few reasons:
We strive to simplify the process of purchasing and installing a sauna, ensuring a seamless experience for you. Unlike many sauna sellers who merely provide the heater, and control panel, leaving customers to grapple with electrical intricacies, we've taken extensive measures to alleviate these concerns. Recognizing the challenges individuals face in navigating electrical setups, especially with saunas, we've gone above and beyond to streamline the process.
We suspect sauna manufacturers avoid direct guidance on electrical installation due to legal limitations and a desire to avoid complex customer inquiries. This often leads to critical questions remaining unanswered, such as: * "Is the installed heater size compliant with safety regulations for this sauna size?" * "How can a 3-inch thick control panel be properly mounted on a 1.5-inch thick timber wall?" * "Is the control panel adequately protected from rain?
We think this is crazy that you should be left to decipher all the connections and source all the correct components. Many electricians may lack experience in setting up saunas, leading to potential errors and increased costs. Recognizing this, we've taken extra steps to provide you with a hassle-free sauna setup experience.
What truly sets us apart in sauna safety and installation? We've revolutionized the process by offering pre-installation of all components before delivery. That means your sauna arrives with everything already expertly installed, saving you time and hassle. But we don't stop there. We also secure a safety certification through eSAFE Product Approval Services, providing you with unparalleled peace of mind. This ensures our saunas meet the highest safety standards—a level of assurance you simply won't find anywhere else in North America.
Once certified, it's done for good! This eSAFE approval is permanently tied to your sauna, offering continued peace of mind whether you decide to move it or pass it on to a new owner.
Choosing to forgo our electrical installation and certification service could lead to future headaches if you ever relocate your sauna. Upon moving and reconnecting, local inspectors will want to know who performed the electrical work on the sauna itself. This means your original electrician would have to apply for a permit for that specific portion. The new electrician you hire to connect it to your new home won't be able to sign off on work they didn't do. It's a bit intricate, but the key takeaway is that all electrical connections require a permit every single time they're hooked up
Please note that the sauna prices listed in our 'Pricing' section do not include the electrical installation or certification discussed above. For these costs, please continue reading to view the prices for our electrical package.
Here's a reworded list, focusing on clarity, conciseness, and benefits, while maintaining the original technical detail:

Simply let us know your existing setup or any desired additions, and we'll work with you to tailor the package.
This option is ideal if you prefer to handle the installation yourself or with your own electrician. We will provide you with some essential electrical components to get you started.
Key Components We Provide
We can supply some of the more challenging components to source, saving you time and hassle. A common difficulty for many electricians is finding an enclosure box that's correctly sized for both the controls and a light switch, while also meeting the necessary safety ratings.
We'll provide you with either a durable metal enclosure box or a PVC box with a clear lid, depending on our current stock.
Additionally, we include three custom black aluminum cover plates. These are designed to neatly conceal the wiring inside the enclosure box for a clean finish. We provide extras just in case your electrician needs a couple of tries to get the perfect cut!
The price for the PVC box option is $275, and the metal box option is $325.
If you prefer to have all electrical work completed on-site after delivery and installation, we can recommend licensed electricians who can handle everything for you. This approach might be a more budget-friendly option, but it's important to note that you would not receive our eSAFE sauna certification with this service.
With this option, the recommended electrician would be responsible for all electrical installations at your location after we've delivered and set up your sauna. They would also be responsible for obtaining all necessary permits for their work.
With these three distinct options, our goal is to make getting you into a sauna easy and headache-free. Let us know which option works best for you, and we'll help you take the next step!
Important Note: The warranty is void if the sauna is not connected by a licensed electrician with the proof of an invoice or permit. We will not warranty any of our products if not connected properly, as improper connections can lead to excessive heat, lack of heat, fires, and various other issues.
