THE GUARANTEE

The Ryt Saunas Guarantee

Five promises NO ONE else in this industry is willing to put in writing.

01

Guarantee 01

90°C Heat, Guaranteed: Even at -25°C Outside

Built for real Canadian and northern winters. Not a showroom number.

Every Ryt Sauna is engineered to reach a full 90°C inside, even when it's -25°C outside. A tested, guaranteed performance standard backed in writing for every sauna we deliver.

If a sauna we deliver and install does not reach it, we get one attempt to correct it. If we cannot, we collect the sauna and refund you in full. That applies for twelve months from delivery. Section 5.7 of our warranty policy sets out how it is measured and what has to be true, and it is worth reading before you need it.

-25°C is the coldest temperature we’ve been able to test in Southern Ontario. Our insulation gives us every reason to believe performance holds well beyond that, but we only put in writing what we’ve proven.

The Industry Standard

Most sauna companies won’t commit to a heat-up guarantee at all, let alone one tied to a real outdoor temperature. Vague claims like "heats quickly" are not a guarantee. We give you a number, in writing.

02

Guarantee 02

5 Years, Zero Exterior Maintenance: This Is the Minimum

We engineered the upkeep out of it. Then we backed that up.

Your Ryt Sauna exterior, including the door (the part notorious for twisting and warping on lesser builds), is guaranteed maintenance-free for a minimum of five years. No staining, no resealing, no annual repairs.

We believe our design will hold up maintenance-free for decades. Five years is simply the floor we’re willing to put a number on. Our worst case, not our best.

The Industry Standard

Most outdoor saunas need yearly staining, resealing, or hardware repairs, and almost no manufacturer offers a written, multi-year maintenance-free guarantee on the exterior, let alone one that explicitly includes the door.

03

Guarantee 03

We Get It In There. No Forklifts. No Cranes. No Excuses.

Tight side yards, narrow gates, awkward corners. This is what we do.

Backyard access is one of the biggest hidden risks in buying an outdoor sauna, and one almost no company will commit to in writing. We guarantee placement, even through tight corridors, narrow side-yard gates, and difficult-to-access spaces, with no crane required.

Before we build, we evaluate your specific access on a case-by-case basis. Once we commit to your build, we are confident we will get it placed exactly where you want it.

The Industry Standard

Many companies either require crane access (with the extra cost and property disruption that comes with it) or simply won’t commit to tight-access installations at all, leaving the customer to figure it out.

In, Set Up, Done, and Out. No Stress, No Fuss

Average delivery and setup: two hours, start to finish!

We show up, place your sauna exactly where it belongs, set it up properly, and leave your property clean and tidy, typically in around two hours. No all-day disruption, no mess left behind, no second visit needed.

Every property is different, so timing can vary, but a fast, clean, low-stress delivery is the standard we hold ourselves to on every install.

Our fastest time to date has been 1.5 hours, start to finish!

The Industry Standard

Many installations turn into a full-day affair, or worse, multiple visits, with debris, packaging, and disruption left for the homeowner to deal with. We treat your property the way we’d want ours treated.

05

Guarantee 05

Built to Pass Inspection. Built to Be Insurable.

Every heater and electrical spec followed: so your permit, and your insurance, are never in question.

Every Ryt Sauna is built and matched to its heater according to the manufacturer’s full heater and electrical specifications. We don’t just build "close enough." We build exact. That means when your electrician calls for a final inspection, your local electrical authority can issue the permit, and your home insurance can treat the installation as properly certified, because it actually is.

Most of the industry sells you a heater and controls, then walks away. Whether it was sized, installed, and certified correctly becomes your problem and your electrician’s. We don’t operate that way. We build every sauna so the electrical side is permit-ready and insurance-ready from day one.

The Industry Standard

Most manufacturers sell the heater and controls and consider their job done. Whether the installation actually passes inspection is left entirely to the customer and their electrician to figure out, often after the sauna is already built and installed.

Tied to Guarantee 05

A Real Example, Not a Hypothetical

A homeowner purchased a barrel sauna from a competing company and hired an independent electrician to wire it. The electrician installed the controls and wiring, then called for an inspection. The manufacturer had specified an oversized heater to compensate for the barrel sauna's lack of proper insulation, and because of this, the local electrical authority inspector refused to issue a permit, citing the mismatch between the heater and the structure.

The electrician and the sauna company called Ryt Saunas directly for advice, because they were told that we have our saunas pre-certified before delivery. Unfortunately, there was nothing we could say to help solve their problem, because the build details were not strictly followed.

The manufacturer had no resolution to offer. Two weeks later, the customer still had no working sauna, the electrician had not been paid for completed work, and was facing the likelihood of having to remove everything he had installed. On top of that, electrical field evaluators — the agencies that certify equipment without standard CSA/ETL listings — refuse to inspect or certify barrel saunas at all, due to their design. Without that certification, the installation cannot legally be signed off, putting both the permit and the long-term insurability of the structure at risk.

This is precisely the scenario our heater and electrical specifications are designed to prevent. Every Ryt Sauna is engineered as a complete system — structure, insulation, and heater sizing together — so this situation simply does not happen.

These guarantees apply to every Ryt Sauna we build.
